2. What We Sell
The Store sells discounted digital products, including downloadable files, software license keys, and promotional voucher bundles. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.
3. Purchasing
When you purchase a product:
- You provide a valid email address where the product will be delivered.
- Payment is processed by our payment providers (Stripe for card payments, Oxapay for cryptocurrency payments).
- Your product is delivered to the email address you provide and displayed on the order confirmation page.
- It is your responsibility to save your product (download files or copy keys) upon receipt.
4. Digital Product Nature
Because digital products can be instantly copied and used upon delivery:
- All sales are final unless the product is defective, not as described, or not delivered.
- Once a digital product has been delivered (email sent, download link provided, or key displayed), it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

5. License Keys & Digital Goods
For license keys and other digital goods:
- You receive the digital product described in the listing.
- License keys are for your personal use only unless the product listing states otherwise.
- You are responsible for keeping delivered products and keys secure. We are not liable for lost or compromised keys after delivery.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products unless explicitly permitted by the product license.
- Use the Store for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract products in ways not permitted by their license.
- Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or abuse the Store.
- Enter email addresses that do not belong to you to access others’ orders.
7. Intellectual Property
Products sold on the Store are owned by Palace97 or their respective rights holders. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as described in the product listing — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers
The Store and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your system.
- Third-party services associated with purchased products will remain available or functional.
- The Store will be available at all times (we may take it down for maintenance).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palace97 shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Any amount exceeding the price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted on this page. The “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
